Individual Author Exhibitor Space: $40 - table space and one chair
Application Process: Applications with the application fee will be accepted from October 2013 through December 2013 or as long as space is available. The application must be complete and include payment in order to be processed. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Submitting an application and payment does not guarantee acceptance.
Notification Process: Once the application is accepted and processed you will receive an email. The specific event day information including unloading, set up and parking will be emailed approximately 2 weeks prior to the festival. The festival will occur rain or shine. There will be no refunds granted after 1/31/2014. Refund requests prior to 1/31/2014 will be individually assessed by AIBF and may incur a processing fee.

All authors will be responsible for their own books and display items. It is imperative that each author operate within their assigned space.
The Amelia Island Book Festival (AIBF) will be Saturday, February 22, from 10am to 5pm at the Atlantic Rec Center. Author Exhibits will be in the Auditorium. Advertising and Promotion: AIBF will advertise the Festival in the following ways: Website AIBF Facebook Articles and print ads in the local and regional newspaper and magazines, Press Releases to local and regional media outlets, Posters and paper advertisements displayed and distributed at local and regional businesses and schools. Important Information: The State of Florida requires anyone selling goods to charge and collect sales tax. At the festival while selling books it is the author’s responsibility to adhere to state laws and regulations.
